Welcome to the cat cafe -- Coffee and Cats!

It's a quiet, well-run cat cafe featuring a half dozen permanent residents and another half dozen adoptable cats. The coffee is good, fresh, and prompt, and the sole employee is ... well... he looks a bit like he should be in a gang with his height, long hair, and goatee. However, he's incredibly gentle, shy, and absolutely wonderful with cats and small children. (Even if he's afraid he will break something.)

Come in, find a seat, and enjoy the atmosphere. Open from 11am to 2pm and 6pm to 9pm every day.

That's lucky. I ran late a few weeks ago and ended up getting laughed at because I showed up in my apron from the Cafe.

[He knows he would have if he were there, but he's feeling protective of Asahi now and wants him to be treated right.]

I think half of the joking was because most of them didn't know about the cat cafe yet.

It seems fitting for you, now that I know you better. Although I suppose you're so big and tall and manly it would seem silly to other people.

[He reaches over and tugs on Asahi's goatee.]

You could always come over to my apartment and watch a movie... Or we could go to an amusement park! That's a classic date spot.
