Show me how to do it then -- even if you have to sign off on everything still, I can make sure it's all ready for you to do that and you wouldn't have to worry about it all the time!

Are you trying to say you don't have a way to give confidence in your own way? You'd be pretty wrong about that.

Motivation is support you know, and you're plenty good at it.

... I'm still working on trusting myself. I know I've made some mistakes, gotten people hurt. I don't want to do that anymore. I want to be the strongest I can be, to keep you all safe when we're on a mission.

I know. I'm just... I'm not as strong as you are. I'm working on it. I'm doing better. I just... I'm afraid to let them down again.
